We collect as little as possible. The calculator runs entirely in your browser — the dates you enter never leave your device and are never stored. The milestone tracker and NICU journal save what you enter in your browser's storage on this device, so it is still there next time; it is never sent to us, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it. We only ask you directly for your email address. If you allow it in the cookie banner, we also use standard analytics to understand which pages help people.

If you request one of our free printables (like the NICU Parent Starter Pack), we collect your email address and store it with MailerLite, our email service provider, so we can send you the printable and occasional resources for preemie parents. We don't sell your email or share it with advertisers; we provide it to MailerLite so it can deliver our emails on our behalf. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from our list — no hoops, no guilt trip.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages and tools people find useful, but only if you allow it. Until you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics isn't loaded and sets no cookies. If you allow it, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information such as page views, approximate location, and device and browser information to help us understand how the site is used.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Choosing “No thanks” after allowing it removes the Google Analytics cookies from this site and stops it loading.

This site is for parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The dates you enter into our tools about your baby are processed in your browser only and never transmitted to us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. The personal information you intentionally provide directly to us is your email address when you subscribe. Your calculator, milestone tracker, and NICU journal data stay on your device and are not sent to us. Our analytics provider separately processes information about site visits as described above.

To make a privacy request, email hello@adjustedage.com. We may need to verify your request before providing or deleting information, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
